Target Information
Centaurus A is a peculiar galaxy in the southern constellation of Centaurus and is known for it strong source of radio emissions. The galaxy may have been formed by an elliptical galaxy and a small spiral galaxy colliding together. In a small telescope the dust lanes will be visible and with a larger instrument most of the galaxy will be dimly visible.
